1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Vietnam and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@hightechstore.org to check availability.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, where available.

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@hightechstore.org and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
